Your order is important to us, which is why we will process your order as soon as possible.

All orders are in US Dollars and sent by DHL eCommerce or DHL Express from Sydney, Australia. Please note that due to COVID-19 there may be additional delays.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received (Monday to Friday)..

Please note: Allay Organics cannot make guarantees on behalf of DHL delivery times. All orders will receive a tracking number so that you may monitor the delivery progress.

Allay Organics reserves the right to change their shipping policy anytime. 

Returns Policy

 

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns other than as required under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not issue refunds if you have a change of mind about the goods or services supplied.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via email info@allayorganics.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase, with photographic evidence to support your claim, including your order number (we can only accept items purchased on our website).

 It is your responsibility to return the item/s to us, together with your completed returns form and receipt for postage costs, via registered post and provide us with the postal tracking number. Once we have received the item/s, we will confirm receipt via email and process your refund, replacement or exchange (including reimbursement of postage costs, if applicable).
